SUBSTANCE: method involves setting reinforcing net ring between enamel layer restored with macrofill composite material and dentin produced from microfill composite. The external lateral ring surface is formed to enable match with the internal surface of tooth under restoration. The ring is fixed in tooth cavity by means of fluid composite. The restored crown part is monoblock of multi-layer reinforced structure corresponding to natural tooth in anatomical force and functions.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; retained tooth; improved esthetic results; enabled access to root portion of a tooth.
