SUBSTANCE: wound surface should be put into a capsule with sterile aqueous saline solution up to complete epithelization of the defect at the following concentration of ions (milliequivalent/l): Na⁺ - 144; K⁺ - 4; Ca²⁺ - 2.5; Mg²⁺ - 1.5; Cl^- - 114; HCO2-3

- 30; HPO2-4 - 2; SO2-4 - 1, saline solution should be supplemented with combination of chemotherapeutic preparations - metronidasol and ciprofloxacin at concentration of 16 mg and 12 mg/l saline solution, correspondingly, and fill the capsule thrice at 15-min-long interval on the 3d d of therapy with 0.2%-crystalline chemotrypsin solution upon 0.9%-sodium chloride solution, where one should add 2 g trimecaine/l solution, daily one should change the capsule for sterile one.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
