FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to surgery. Flexible tube, into which later flexible rod is introduced, is passed transosally rotationally, with forward motion manually perpendicular to finger axis and parallel to each of nail plates. Protruding from finger phalanxes ends of flexible tubes, together with placed in them rods, are bent in "П"-shaped way in distal direction. Ends of flexible rod are twisted and connected to transosteal device distractor. Manual traction is carried out. Skin is dissected with parallel cuts leaving bridge-like flaps, and in case of necessity skin scars with underlying altered soft tissues are cut and removed. Redressment of hand joints is carried out. After that two pins with 20-30° angle between them are passed in crossing manner through distal part of diaphysis of III middle metacarpal bones and one pin - through diaphysis of III middle metacarpal bones. Free ends of pins are fixed to transosteal device. Distractors are oriented by rays of fingers; skin plasty is performed, for which purpose simultaneously with installation of transosteal device autodermotransplant, which is used to cover hand wounds, is taken. Vector distraction is created until treatment result is obtained with possibility to perform active-passive movements in hand joints.

EFFECT: method ensures prevention of inflectional purulent complications, additional trauma to soft tissues of fixed finger phalanxes, realisation of dosed vector distraction and reliable fixation and prevention of secondary hand deformatrions.
