METHOD FOR AUTOTRANSPLANTATION OF SKIN CELLS Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: experimental medicine, surgery.

SUBSTANCE: suspension of cells and their clusters obtained immediately after mechanical and enzymatic skin desegregation should be applied onto recipient's sensitive element precovered with medium 199; then opened tissues of wound's bottom should be kept under the layer of this suspension mentioned for 5-24 h, then recipient's surface should be isolated against air medium in a chamber constantly filled with interchangeable sterile solution of the following composition: water - up to 1000 g, solution should be supplemented with metronidasol at the quantity of 10 mg and ciprofloxacin at the quantity of 8 mg/l; transplantation area should be kept in solution till forming epidermic horny layer. The method enables to shorten the terms to restore skin and provide the closure of wound defects with less volume of donor's skin.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of transplantation.
