SUBSTANCE: composition is designated for applying on skin in treatment of psoriasis and related cutaneous diseases. Composition comprises vitamin D analog, corticosteroid and solvent. The difference between pH value for optimal stability of vitamin D analog and pH value for optimal stability of corticosteroid is at least 1. Composition can be made in the form of ointment, cream or lotion. The new composition provides eliminating inconveniences of bicomponent or multicomponent regimen in psoriasis treatment and other inflammatory cutaneous diseases. The satisfactory medicinal treatment is provided for a shorter time period that results to reducing adverse effects of active compounds. The treatment method is simplified in using a single preparation that results to enhancement of its safety for a patient.
