FIELD: plastic working; power drives of pneumohydraulic presses.
SUBSTANCE: proposed power drive includes main and power cylinders rigidly connected with stationary cross-rail and ram of press. Piston space of main cylinder communicates with rod space of power cylinder through channel made in rod of power cylinder which can be closed by valve. Main and power cylinders are made with different size effective cross-section areas. Ratio of cross-section effective area of main cylinder to cross-section effective area of power cylinder rod space is within 0.25and 1.05. Valve is made flush with in bottom of main cylinder. Main and power cylinders are made with separate housing forming cylinder assembly housing. Distributor is installed in upper part of power cylinder rod space.
EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities and increased efficiency of press power drive.
