FIELD: plastic working; power drives of pneumohydraulic presses.
SUBSTANCE: proposed power drive includes main and power cylinders rigidly connected with stationary cross-rail and raw of press and ram of press and air distributing system communicating with main and power cylinders. Piston space of main cylinder communicates with rod space of power cylinder through channel made in rod of power cylinder which can be closed by valve. Drive is furnished with auxiliary pneumatic double-acting drive with cylinder. Cylinder members are rigidly connected with movable and stationary members of press. Piston space of auxiliary pneumatic drive cylinder and rod space of power cylinder are connected to air distributing system in parallel. Piston space of auxiliary pneumatic drive cylinder communicates with air distributing line through throttle check valve closing outlet branch through which compressed air is let out of said piston space, and rod space communicates with rod space of main cylinder.
EFFECT: prevention of lowering of press ram at changing over from lifting at low pressure to high pressure, increased disconnecting force of working members.
