FIELD: transportation equipment, particularly for loads, namely packaged sheet material by live rollers of rolling mill, for load transportation by cars, railway or other transport.

SUBSTANCE: tray has frame including at least two or more longitudinal members 1 and several transversal members 2. Longitudinal members have U-shaped three-dimensional profile, particularly with flanged shoulders and serve for tray movement by live rollers, particularly by live rollers of packing machine. Transversal members 2 are also hollow and have U-shaped profile with shoulders. Transversal members 2 increase spatial rigidity and form upper bearing plane. Arranged in hollows formed by longitudinal members 1 are reinforcing members 3 formed as inserts with U-shaped cross sections to provide structural rigidity when horizontal shear loads are applied and to reduce vertical loads applied to bearing planes in points of members connection. Shoulders of reinforcement members 3 are perpendicular to shoulders of longitudinal members 1. Reinforcing members 3 may be connected with transversal members 2 by one or two shoulders. Reinforcement member height is equal to summary height of longitudinal and transversal member shoulders. Frame members length and width and a number of frame members depend on packed product dimensions and dimensions of transportation device, namely of liver rollers, stacker or cargo crane grippers.

EFFECT: improved structure rigidity, possibility of uniform load transmission from upper plane to lower plane of transportation device, increased reliability and economy of tray structure.
