FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes manufacturing the workpiece, its rolling into the flange beam, cutting and cooling. The initial shaped workpiece is cast in a centrifugal injection moulding machine with the angular rotation speed of the cooled tubular mould ω=5-:-47 sec-1, in the form of a two-ribbed strip profile with transverse convexity and regulated geometric parameters. The centrifugal casting machine has a cooled tubular mould with a horizontal axis of rotation, in the inner cylindrical cavity of which moulded forms are made in the form of longitudinal channels with variable transverse depth separated by longitudinal refractory inserts. The body of the tubular mould is made assembled with the possibility of changing the length of the workpiece, a tundish is placed in its internal cavity. Rolling is performed for 4-:-6 passes in the reverse roughing and finishing universal rolling mill of the rolling stand, with a total stretching of 1.7-:-3.5.
EFFECT: possibility of reducing the total hood for rolling and the production cost.
