FIELD: railway transport; permanent way.

SUBSTANCE: proposed rail fastening has baseplate with shock absorbing rail lining and anchor guide in form of flange or slot in base made from each side of rail, and pressure member with guide fitting to anchor guide and installed on flange or in slot and provided with lower face resting on rail foot. According to first design version, flange or slot are made trapezoidal in cross section or in form of Archimedean spiral or involute, and lower face and guide of pressure member are made with relative longitudinal tilting. According to second design version, anchor guide is made spiral-like in cross section, for instance, Archimedean spiral or involute, and screw-like in longitudinal direction. Anchor guide, lower face and guide of pressure member can be provided with irregularities.

EFFECT: improved reliability of fastening, provision of possibility of gauge adjustment and mechanization of operations.
