FIELD: wind power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed windmill generator has tower mounted on swivel base, windwheels, device for positioning with wind, as well as wound rotors and stators. Rotors are made in the form of aerodynamic disks (concavo-concave disks) secured on blade ends. Stator has pole shoes whose butt-ends are magnetically coupled with rotors. Blades are provided with additional rotors installed between center of revolution and ends of blades, additional rotors being magnetically coupled with additional crosspiece-mounted stators.
EFFECT: reduced starting torque.
