FIELD: lighting engineering; decorative illumination of miscellaneous objects.
SUBSTANCE: light panel mounts lights in the form of light-emitting diodes with different emission spectrums and optical fibers. Light-emitting diodes having different emission spectrums are grouped and each group is supplied with power from respective generator whose voltage varies obeying random law. Each light can be connected to its respective generator. Lights may be provided with switching members and decoders. Method is also proposed for supplying short voltage pulses to light sources at high repetition frequency.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability, enlarged illuminated area, enhanced decorative effect due to extended color gamut of light.
