FIELD: medicine, immunology.
SUBSTANCE: in patients one should simultaneously detect relative quantity of rosette-forming neutrophils in preparations with loaded (sensitized) antigens and unloaded erythrocytes in double, calculate average value. Final result is considered to be the difference between specific and spontaneous rosettes. Then one should calculate absolute quantity of antigen-specific neutrophils. The method enables to evaluate the level of natural body resistance, elaborate prediction of the disease and correct therapy.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of evaluation.
