SUBSTANCE: the method suggested deals with isolating lymphocytes due to centrifuging out of peripheral blood, preparing erythrocytic markers, performing reaction of rosette-formation, incubating reaction components and registering the results of reaction and, additionally, isolating lymphocytes out of spleen and lymph nodes, moreover, centrifuging should be carried out for 40-45 min, preparing erythrocytic markers should be performed due to applying specific antigen of Aleutian disease in minks at the dosage of 0.020-0.040 ml/ml 1%-suspension of bovine erythrocytes and incubation of reaction components should be conducted at 37.5-40.0 C for 60-120 min, and for detecting T-lymphocytes one should additionally perform incubation at 10 C for 1500-2100 min. The method provides higher efficiency in evaluating immune state in minks by 25-27% and could be applied as additional test to diagnose Aleutian disease in minks.
