FIELD: quantum electronics; dual-frequency lasers.
SUBSTANCE: proposed laser has active element with internal mirrors. These mirrors are disposed in adjusting assemblies made of magnetic material saturated with field of 1 ≤ H ≤ 50 mT intensity. Active element is placed in axial magnetic field of 10 ≤ H ≤ 50 mT intensity, where H is magnetic field intensity. Magnetic field lines of force orient dipoles of mirror molecules along field thereby affording phase anisotropy.
EFFECT: enhanced differential frequency without power reduction.
