FIELD: optics; quantum electronics. SUBSTANCE: electric charge is excited in active element. Charge current is modulated by signal of reference voltage generator. Lateral magnetic field is superimposed onto active matter. Magnetic field strength has a random value from area of existence of two-frequency mode H<Ho, where Ho is magnetic field strength, corresponding to minimal amplitude of modulation. EFFECT: improved stability of frequency and intensity of radiation; re-tuning of generation frequency at stabilized mode.
