Lateral magnetic field is superimposed onto active matter. Magnetic field strength has a random value from area of existence of two-frequency mode H<H_o, where H_o is magnetic field strength, corresponding to minimal amplitude of modulation. EFFECT: improved stability of frequency and intensity of radiation; re-tuning of generation frequency at stabilized mode.
