SUBSTANCE: working body comprises a flat hoe rigidly connected to the shoe, which is mounted to the rack. Brackets are attached to the flat hoe and the shoe along the grasp width, which are pivotally connected with front and rear vertical blades. The brackets have adjustment holes which enable to change the position of the rear vertical blades in the longitudinal vertical plane. Wedge-shaped horizontal blades are pivotally attached to the upper part of the vertical blades forming a parallelogram mechanism with the vertical blades and the brackets.

EFFECT: constructive implementation enables to improve effectiveness of soil pulverisation and control over weeds with extensive root system, regardless of the thickness of the treated soil layer.
