FIELD: household appliances.

SUBSTANCE: proposed disposable wiping sheet can be used to wipe off dust and/or dirt from surfaces of floor or wall. Relatively high press temperature is used in manufacture of proposed wiping sheet according to invention. Sheet consists of thermally welded synthetic polymeric main sheet and great number of synthetic polymeric thermally weldable long fibers connected with main sheet by thermowelding and passing in first direction in which long fibers are connected with main sheet by great number of welding lines periodically arranged in direction. Long fibers contain bicomponent fiber of core-coat type in which coat melting temperature is lower than core melting temperature, temperature difference being not less than 30oC. Peculiarity of making of disposable wiping sheet containing thermally weldable synthetic polymeric main sheet and great number of thermally weldable synthetic polymeric long fibers laid in first laid in first direction and connected with main sheet by thermowelding by means of great number of welding lines periodically arranged in first direction is that long fibers contain bicomponent fiber of core-coat type with coat melting temperature lower than that of core. Temperature difference being not less than 30oC. Difference of main sheet melting temperature measured along welding lines and coat melting temperature of bicomponent fiber is not less than 20oC. Main sheet and long fibers are connected by thermowelding at temperature 20oC and higher than coat welding temperature of bicomponent fiber, but lower than melting temperature of bicomponent fiber core.

EFFECT: improved quality of disposable wiping sheet.
