FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: device has respirator mask, temperature pickup, amplifiers, integrator and recorder. The mask is manufactured from light-impermeable flexible material. Outlet opening is available in front of mask face side where plates parallel to vertical plane having lower edge touching the mask inclined downward with respect to external mask edge. One part of plates is covered with dielectric material and the other one with current-conducting material. Illumination source is mounted on the internal mask wall on one side and photoresistor on the other side. Upright is mounted inside before the vertical plates horizontally in the middle of the plates. The upright is connected to the internal mask edges. Piezoelectric element is mounted in the upright. Temperature element is mounted on the external side of the upright.

EFFECT: simplified design; low respiration resistance.
