FIELD: medical diagnostic equipment for use as individual means for detecting changes in functioning of human cardiorespiratory system. SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises casing made of dielectric ma erial and divided longitudinally by massive, one-piece partition into two compartments. Compartments inside casing accommodate counting and registering plates adapted to be responsive to patient's inhalation and exhalation. Casing portions on side of counting plates, along circumference length of which is equal to at least two teeth, are made closed following direction of rotation of cylinder in casing compartment (half) intended for exhaled air and against direction of rotation of cylinder in other casing compartment for inhaled air. Interior of cylinder for exhaled air, in planes of teeth, accommodates sensors for analysis of exhaled gases, sensors being arranged so as not to protrude beyond plane of teeth. Mouth piece of apparatus is made of electroconductive material and is connected, via contact on casing, with unit for analysis of cardiorhythmograms. EFFECT: apparatus provides instantaneous information on functioning of patient's cardiac and respiratory systems for subsequent intersystemic analysis of interrelated physiological parameters. 6 dwg
