FIELD: medicine, phalloprosthetics.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with skeletizing the penis due to pericoronal access and implantation phalloprosthesis' cylinders. At first, one should cut out vascular prostheses along penis length, their ends should be sutured tightly. Then vascular prostheses should be fixed to sclera in their distal and proximal parts along lateral sides of cavernous bodies. Due to pararectal incision one should open the sheath of rectus abdominal muscle to lance aponeurosis and take medial muscular portion with the lower epigastral artery as a vascular pedicle at its length and width to be sufficient for its rotation and covering the penis in the form of coupling. Muscular section should be replaced under phallic skin through developed subcutaneous canal to be fixed to distal phallic part being above vascular prostheses. In 2-3 mo it is necessary to implant semirigid phalloprostheses into vascular prostheses. The method enables to decrease the number of cases of periprosthetic infection and skin erosion above phalloprosthesis.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of phalloprosthetics.
