FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to urology. With bordering cut on coronary sulcus of penis covering tissues of the latter are mobilised to the root. Longitudinal cavernosotomia is carried out on the right and on the left. Cavernous bodies are bougienaged and plastic falloprostheses with size compatible with length of cavernous canals, are implanted; tunica albuginea is sutured. Through middle cut on anterior abdominal wall, rectus muscle is taken with fragment of its sheath on epigastral vessels. Fragment of muscle is moved under skin of penis. Muscular transplant is fixed to Buck's fascia paraurethrally on the right and on the left in such way that transplant completely covers hanging part of penis, after that sutured are penis wound and layer-by-layer wound of anterior abdominal wall.
EFFECT: method prevents sclerosing in region of tunica albuginea plasty, prevents prosthesis infection.
