SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to andrology. Cut on coronary sulcus is made. Covering tissues are mobilised to penis base. Fibrous plaque is dissected within the limits of healthy tissues. Cavernous bodies are buginated through defect of tunica albuginea. Plastic prostheses compatible in length with length of cavernous canals are implanted. Defect of tunica albuginea is covered. For this purpose right part of rectus with fragments of its sheath on feeding vessels is taken through medial cut on anterior abdominal wall. Muscle fragment is relocated under skin of penis. Defect of tunica albuginea is covered with fragment of rectus. Fragment of fascia is fixed to edges of tunica albuginea defect. Muscle is fixed to lateral surfaces of penis from both sides. Covering tissues of penis are returned to their place. Skin sutures are applied. Wound of anterior abdominal wall is sutured.

EFFECT: claimed method allows to perform plasty of large defects of tunica albuginea and simultaneously increase penis thickness due to thickness of muscle flap, improve indirect vascularisation of tunica albuginea due to presence of vascularised flap, reduce development of prosthesis infection.
