FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves applying venous tourniquet. 160 mg of gentamycin sulfate is injected into vein as jet in distal position. Next to it, fingers and hand are subjected to low intensity infrared laser radiation. Wavelength is equal to 890 nm, power density is 0.9 W/cm2, impulse succession frequency is equal to 80 Hz. Irradiation treatment course is 5 min long.
EFFECT: increased antibiotic dose supplied to soft hand tissues.
