FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out thoracic lymph duct catheterization. Catheter cavity is filled with 5000 ED of heparin. Monofiber light guide is introduced of 0.5 mm diameter. Lymph is irradiated with helium-neon laser of 1.8-2.0 mW power 4-14 days long daily during 50-60 min. Radiation treatment is carried out on the background of lymphatic draining of tissues 15-20 min later after beginning intravenous drop infusion of 170.0 ml of rheopolyglucin and haemodes administered every other day. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
