FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves making osteoperforations in the bone destruction zone in two mutually perpendicular planes 0.5 cm far one from another once. Infrared diode laser radiation of 10-20 W power is applied for 3-10 s using light of 0.4 mm diameter. Fistula being found, thermotherapy is additionally carried out in continuous mode with power of 3 W during 15 s.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced risk of traumatic complications.
