FIELD: methods for combating chemical weapons.
SUBSTANCE: method involves continuous mixing controllable flows of substance to be detoxified and pressurized neutralizer into ejector, wherein substance to be detoxified is sucked due to creating vacuum at ejector inlet; forming products of incomplete detoxication at ejector outlet; feeding the obtained products in flow reactor; completing detoxication process in flow reactor by continuous mixing these products by means of at least one active hydrodynamic member, particularly axial turbine mixer; simultaneous distributing pressurized neutral gas and pressurized neutralizer along the full reactor height. Flow Amount of neutralizer sucked in ejector in relation to substance to be detoxified exceeds that estimated by stoichiometrical calculations by 1%-5%.
EFFECT: improved efficiency, ecological and operational safety.
