FIELD: tire industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices designed for mounting tires on wheel disks. Proposed machine has housing, device for moving self-aligning chuck of wheel disk, and two brackets with rollers for mounting and demounting of tires, tire inflator, hydraulic and/or pneumatic actuating devices and mechanisms. Machine is furnished with control device including microcontroller and machine mechanisms condition sensors and pickups of feedback signals from actuating devices operation control circuits. Device contains also real or relative time-clock, peripheral devices wireless communications interface and nonvolatile memory with program of monitoring of control, conversion of obtained information to definite tire, entering it in definite slots of nonvolatile memory and transmission of information form nonvolatile memory by enquiry to peripheral device through wireless communications interface. Control device is made for remote control, loading and/or changing of program of functioning from peripheral devices, initialization, adjustment and testing and provision of checking of operation of peripheral devices by analyzing signals from machine mechanisms condition sensors and pickups of feedback signals from actuating devices operation control circuits.
