FIELD: informative technology; tire repair process. SUBSTANCE: proposed vulcanizer includes at least one heating holddown, hold-down control system, control unit and temperature control system. Control unit is additionally provided with wireless communication interface, real or relative time clock-timer and energyundependable memory with state monitoring program; system converts information obtained according to monitoring results into definite fields of energy-undependable memory. Then, this information is transmitted from energy-undependable memory into external unit over communication interface. Control system performs remote control from external unit, loads and/or changes program of functioning, initialization, adjusting and testing of vulcanizer through wireless communication interface. According to another version vulcanizer is provided with additional wireless simplex interface and information from energyundependable memory is transmitted to external unit via wireless communication interface. EFFECT: facilitated adjustment and diagnosis. 3 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl
