SUBSTANCE: free-standing bag for flowable or spillable products formed of heat-sealed film comprises two opposite side walls 1, 2 sealed together along side edges thereof with creation of side seams 5, 6, lower wall folded into bag and located between lower parts of side walls 1, 2 and sealed together with corresponding side walls 1, 2 along transversal lower seams 7 and along lower side seams. Bag has upper wall 3 folded into bag and extending between side walls. Upper wall 3 is connected with corresponding side walls 1, 2 along transversal upper seals 11, 12 and sealed together with side walls 1, 2 along upper side seams. One side wall comprises overlapped the first and the second wall portions connected one to another in overlapped area by peelable connections extending along side seams 5,6 and by transversal peelable connection. The second wall part extends at a certain distance past transversal peelable connection to form grip member.

EFFECT: possibility of bag easy opening without any tools, reduced cost, increased production simplicity.
