SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polybiguanides with linear and comb-liked structure that can be used in chemistry as biocide polymers eliciting antibacterial and fungicide properties. Polybiguanides with linear and comb-liked structure are represented by the following structural formulas: branched polyalkylene biguanide of the formula:

linear polyalkylene biguanide of the formula:

wherein n = 2-50; x = 4, 6, 10, 12; A means Cl^-, HCOO^-, CH₃COO^-, C₆H₅COO^-; R means Alk, ArAlk; polyoxyalkylene biguanide of the formula:

wherein n = 10-20; A means Cl^-, HCOO^-, C₆H₅COO^-; polyaminoalkylene biguanide of the formula:

wherein n = 5-20; A means Cl^-, HCOO^-, C₆H₅COO^-. Invention provides simplifying technology for preparing polybiguanides and to increase molecular mass of product.
