FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: associated oil gas and chlorine are fed into two supply pipes provided with electric heaters and are separately heated to 300-400^оС, after which introduced into closed vessel provided with heating means and mixed. Mixture is the turbulized by means of rotating axle turbulizers with helical blades, inflamed and burned at temperature above 1430^оС. Thus formed HCl is introduced into water to form aqueous hydrochloric acid and carbon black having specific surface 250 m²/g is collected.

EFFECT: simplified process and increased theoretical yield of carbon black (to 80-90%) without environmental damage.
