FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil and gas industry and can be implemented at opening, development and operating of small and medium of reserves oil deposits located far from oil and gas producing regions, equipped with all necessary facilities. Method includes boring of producing wells, construction of surface facilities of oil deposit, oil extraction, division of production, extracted from the well, into oil, oil accompanying gas and bed water and successive pumping of oil gas and bed water into the well. According to the invention extraction of oil is converged into united waste-free process cycle with utilising of simultaneously produced products and with increasing of production rate of beds. This cycle includes primary preparation of oil, gas and water, production of heat and electrical power, then preparation, direct compressing, and heating of pumped gas-liquid mixture into a well. At that working of beds in thickness and area is also regulated. Pumping of oil accompanying gas and water is performed in form of gas-liquid mixture in bed conditions in volume shares from 0.2 to 0.8 or alternating fringes of water and gas of volume not more, than 0.1 from volume of oil saturated porous of deposit zones, serviced by a pressure well, with a ratio of gas and water fringes in volume shares from 0.2 to 0.8.
