FIELD: corrosion protein.
SUBSTANCE: method is accomplished as follows. Aliphatic monocarboxylic acids, in particular α,α1-branched monocarboxylic acid fraction C10-C20, is brought into reaction with polyethylene-polyamines and 1,4-di(2-aminoethyl)piperazine at 250-280оС for 2-6 h, molar ratio acids/ polyethylene-polyamines/piperazine derivative being 1(0.7-0.9):(0.2-0.5), after which reaction water and excess of polyethylene-polyamines are distilled for 2-4 h at 1-30 mm Hg, and reactor is cooled to 160-180оС. Thereafter, α,α1-branched monocarboxylic C10-C20-acids or tall oil acids are charged with stirring at 1:1 molar ratio of condensation product to acids, stirred for further 2-4 h, cooled to 40-60оС, then 2-8% nonionic surfactant, 10-25% saturated monohydric C1-C4-alcohol, and 32-73% blended aromatic solvent are added with stirring, stirred to form homogenous solution, and cooled.
EFFECT: increased corrosion protection efficiency and reduced hydrogenation (plasticity loss) of metals.
