FIELD: corrosion protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparation of corrosion inhibitor via condensation reaction of individual polyamines or their technical mixture with higher isomeric C6-C28-monocarboxylic acids and comprising distillation of reaction water, cyclocondensation step, and mixing residue with solvent. Method is characterized by that said technical mixture is a fraction of rectification of technical polyethylenepolyamines: either light fraction (molecular weight 103-140) or middle fraction (140-170), or heavy fraction (170-232), and that said solvent is either still residue of the rectification of propylene hydroformylation products or distillate obtained by distillation of above-mentioned still residue, or product of condensation of above distillate with ammonia or polyethylenepolyamines taken at product-to-solvent weight ratio (10-30):(90-70). Reaction water is distilled off at 130-180оС and cyclocondensation step is effected at 230-260оС.
EFFECT: improved inhibition characteristics and enabled use of inhibitors in oxide, aqueous, and gaseous media (three-phase medium).
