FIELD: man-operated mechanisms for operating wings, particularly locking devices.

SUBSTANCE: device has latch and locking post with roller. Arranged in latch body is spring-loaded locking bar with upper part inserted in rectangular opening formed in locking post. Rope with peer member for transom window opening is connected to lower locking bar part. Installed on latch body is holder having upper end to which the second rope with peer member is secured. The second rope contacts with roller of locking post for transom window locking. Locking bar is flat and has rectangular cross-section. Locking bar is located in body so that longitudinal axis thereof extends transversely to body. Longitudinal holder axis is displaced relative symmetry axis of latch body. Opening is made in one holder flange. Pivotally installed between another vertical holder flanges is roller located so that axis of locking post roller is parallel to that of holder roller. Both rollers have radial grooves arranged in vertical plane. Rope for transom window closing passes over locking post roller, extends in reverse direction, contacts with holder roller and goes down.

EFFECT: improved serviceability and manufacturability.
