SUBSTANCE: invention relates to window structures and is intended for use in structures of leafless windows or solid glass facades of buildings for ventilating the rooms. Transom autonomous apparatus comprises a beam element for installation on an insulating glass unit and a transom hinged thereto; a transom opening/closing mechanism is installed on at least one side of the transom, including an angular transom shift drive and a transom position lock. The beam element herein is configured to be secured to the lateral sides of the window frame.

EFFECT: possibility of ventilating rooms with leafless window structures while maintaining the light transmittance level; increase in the safety of operation of leafless window structures when accessing the outside of the window.
