FIELD: oil producing industry; pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed oil-well jet plant contains tubing string-mounted packer, jet pump in housing of which nozzle and mixing chamber with diffuser are arranged and stepped through channel is made and sealing unit with axial channel installed in through channel. Flexible tube is passed through axial channel of sealing unit for axial displacement relative to sealing unit. On lower end of flexible tube logging instruments is installed to measure physical values, for instance, specific electric resistance of rock. Jet pump is installed over productive strata of well at distance h equal to where h is vertical component of distance from jet pump to surface of strata, m; is formation pressure, ; is maximum tolerable differential pressure, ; g is gravitational acceleration, ; is density of liquid in well, . Jet pump is made with following dimension ratios: ratio of diameter of mixing chamber inlet section to diameter of outlet section of nozzle is from 1.1 to 2.4; ratio of length of mixing chamber to diameter of inlet section of mixing chamber is from 3 to 7; ratio of length of nozzle to diameter of its outlets section is form 1 to 8; distance L from outlet diameter of outlet section of nozzle and angle of inclination of diffuser generating line to longitudinal axis of diffuser is from 4o to 14o. According to proposed method jet pump with stepped through channel in its housing is lowered into well of tubing string together packer with through channel arranged lower than jet pump. When required depth is reached, packer releasing is carried out and packer is installed higher than investigated productive strata. Then logging instrument is lowered along tubing string on flexible tube passed through sealing unit and provided with perforated lower section and is installed in zone on productive strata, logging instrument being installed on lower end of flexible tube. In process of lowering, sealing unit is installed in through channel of jet pump, and using logging module, background values of physical parameters of productive strata are measured in well borehole. Then liquid working medium is delivered into nozzle of jet pump, thus building pressure differential of different values in underpacker space of well. Well flow rate is measured at each pressure differential and then physical parameters of productive strata and formation fluid getting into well are measured by moving logging instrument along flexible tube. Measurements taken, logging instrument is lifted to surface, and depacking of packer is carried out and tubing string with jet pump and packer are lifted to surface. Invention provides intensification of investigation, testing and preparation of wells, mainly horizontal wells and highly deflected wells, optimization of arrangement and dimensions of jet pump at its operation together with logging instrument.
EFFECT: improved reliability of well jet plant.
