FIELD: metal detectors engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has serially connected magnetic antenna, generator, mixer, band filter, detector, AC amplifier, detection sensor, and heterodyne connected by its output to controlling input of mixer, pike detector, Schmidt trigger, electronic key, integrator, frequency controller, modulator. Output of AC amplifier is connected to input of pike detector, output of pike detector is connected to input of Schmidt trigger, first output of which is connected to input of detection sensor. Second output of Schmidt trigger is connected to electronic key input and input of readiness indicator. Output of electronic key is connected to input of integrator, which is connected by output to input of frequency controller, and output of frequency controller is connected to input of heterodyne. Output of modulator is connected to controlling input of generator.

EFFECT: higher sensitivity, increased detection distance, prevented effect from parasite amplitude modulation.
