SUBSTANCE: method involves sowing green manure crop in grape bush spacings in each 4-year agronomical cycle with different sort types of triticale, which are sequentially alternated in spacings of equal size and sowing green manure crops; providing offsetting of sequentially alternating inter-row spacings by one and the same value in each of sequential spacings, said value being multiple and reverse proportional to total length of sown inter-row spacing; providing annual embedding of ripened green mass and grained ears of green manure each time in direction opposite to last year direction.

EFFECT: reduced material usage, provision for restructuring and intensification of biotic processes of self-cleaning and carrying-out of toxicants from soil, increased fertility of soil and productivity of vineyards and improved quality of product.
