SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, namely to viticulture. Method includes initial-single sowing through a row of bushes of grapes for 3-year agrotechnology cycles in winter triticale of varieties alternating in cycles, which was not sown in the previous cycle. Annually in the cycles, the green mass is mashed when the triticale plant the tube in the spring. Fixing the triticale with ears of corn in the summer with intergrowth of ripened vegetative biomass and adding two-year compost from an equidistant mixture of pulp and chopped vine trimming vine bushes. In this case, as efficient microorganisms in the compost composition, wine yeast is used in a mixture with grape squeezes in a ratio of 1:1–2 in a mixture amount of 150–160 l/t.

EFFECT: method increases the natural fertility of the soil, increases the productivity of the vineyards and improves the quality of the cultivated grapes.
