SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of agriculture, namely to viticulture. Method includes initial-one-time sowing of winter triticale across a row of vine bushes in 3-year agricultural technological cycles into space between rows that has not been sown in previous cycle with varieties that alternate in cycles. Green mass is yearly mown in cycles after stalk-shooting in spring time, and matured plant mass is embedded in soil in summer time into space between rows together with grain ears. Simultaneously with grinding and embedding of matured plant mass and triticale grain into soil of space between rows, 1% solution of agrobiological stimulator of efficient microorganisms is introduced, which is prepared from microbiological preparation "Baikal EM-1", as well as nutrient medium "EM-molasses" with norm of consumption of 250 l/ha.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase natural fertility of soil, productivity of vineyards and improved quality of grown grapes.
