NEEDLE FOR ENDOSCOPIC, PARACENTETIC, OPERATIVE CHOLECYSTIC CHOLANGIOGRAPHY Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2240047 C1

FIELD: medicine, in particular, curing and operative diagnosis of hepatobiliary zone diseases.

SUBSTANCE: needle has sharpened end proximal with respect to patient, and comprises main, intermediate and operating metal pipes connected with one another and arranged axially one inside another. End of operating needle proximal with respect to patient is curved in plane extending at right angle with respect to plane perpendicular to maximal elliptic section of sharpened operating pipe end proximal with respect to patient. Restricting stop is positioned at curvature site. Diameter of stop corresponds to or smaller than diameter of inner section of trocar and is adapted for passage through this section. End distal with respect to patient is adapted for putting of silicone pipe thereon and is equipped with ribs made in the form of circular rings. Opposite end of silicone pipe is adapted for disposable syringe cannula. Intermediate and operating pipes are connected with one another and made in the form of set of replaceable parts with different diameters of operating pipes, said diameters being smaller than diameter of intermediate pipe. Main and intermediate pipes are connected with one another by means of inner thread in main pipe and outer thread on intermediate pipe. Restricting stop is made in the form of cone faced with its apex toward intermediate pipe.

EFFECT: provision for performing endoscopic, paracentetic, operative cholecystic cholangiography at different extent of inflammation of neck of the gall bladder wall, reduced traumatism and improved quality of cholangiographs.
