FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for introducing hydropreparation solutions into the walls of hollow organs, and can be used, in particular, for laparoscopic hydropreparation of the submucosal layer of the esophagus during the surgical treatment of primary achalasia cardia disease of I-IV degrees, recurrent forms of achalasia cardia, recurrent forms of hiatal hernia. A device for laparoscopic hydropreparation of the submucosal layer of the esophagus includes a housing in the form of a hollow tube, designed to be placed in a trocar, equipped with a handle at the proximal end, a mandrel with an axial internal channel located inside the housing, equipped with a removable tip with a needle at the distal end for administering the solution in the tissue of a hollow organ, and from the proximal end — with an injection cannula for attaching a syringe. The mandrel is designed to ensure that the tip with the needle is placed inside the housing in the transport position and with at least part of the tip with the needle protruding from the housing in the working position, ensuring fixation in this position for hydropreparation of tissues. The handle with the body is made in the form of detachable parts for removing the mandrel from the body, making it possible to replace the removable tip with the needle.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows for a reduction in tissue trauma during laparoscopic insertion of the device into the abdominal cavity and hydropreparation of the submucosal layer of a hollow organ, which reduces the risks of developing intraoperative and postoperative complications.
