FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with surgical ways of therapy at operative treating inguinal and femoral hernias without lancing inguinal canal. Pararectal access should be developed due to semilunar incision along the edge of rectus muscle of abdomen from pubic symphysis to the point located 4-5 cm above surface inguinal ring; as for plasty, it should be performed due to applying sutures, at one side - between cross-sectional fascia and falciform aponeurosis of cross-sectional muscle, and at another side - between lacunar ligament and ileopubic tract up to ileal vessels, and due to suturing in deep inguinal ring by applying sutures between cross-sectional fascia and ileopubic tract that saves nervous trophics of the lower rectal segment.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
