FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves making incision in inguinal region, 1 cm above the deep inguinal canal orifice projection, towards the middle point of inguinal fold. Parietal peritoneum is detached to expose hypogastric blood vessels. The deep inguinal canal orifice projection is sonographically determined for the miniapproach purposes.
EFFECT: avoided inferior abdominal nerve branches injury; prevented denervation and relaxation of inferior direct abdominal muscle segment.
