SUBSTANCE: one should perform incision of soft tissues along XI rib, lance abdominal cavity, detect the site of diaphragmatic fixation to XI rib; before, one should carry out subperiosteal resection under visual control from the side of abdominal cavity, posterior periosteal wall of resected rib should be dissected at its whole length that enables to increase safety of operation due to the best spatial accesses to adrenal glands and their central veins despite the size of adrenal tumors both right-hand and left-hand.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
