FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves making access by resecting XI rib in performing laparotomy. Diaphragmal peritoneum is cut together with the beginning area of the diaphragm. Pleural transition fold with the spleen is shifted upward. A rib is excised. The anterior periosteum sheet, the broadest dorsal muscle, subcutaneous fat and skin are transected. The draining device is delivered through close to the pancreas. The draining device is brought out through the excised rib bed. The device has suction tube having T-shaped working end, microirrigator unit and air discharge tube. The microirrigator unit and air discharge tube are enclosed into the suction tube allowing their protrusion and detachment. The microirrigator unit and suction tube working ends are perforated. EFFECT: avoided traumatic complications; improved lovage quality. 4 cl, 3 dwg
