SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating patients with defects of anterior and median departments of hard palate. At both sides of defect one should cut overturning mucous-periosteal fragments which loosely unfold into nasal cavity to suture a latticed implant at cell size ranged 3x3-5x5 mm out of nickelide-titanium ligature of 40-60 mcm thickness protruding beyond the defect's edges. Out of glossal back it is necessary to cut a fragment beginning from blind opening with nutritive pedicle at tip's area including longitudinal muscles which should be sutured to defect's area so, that implantation material to have no contact with mouth cavity. Free edges of the wound should be sutured, tongue should be fixed to maxillary premolar teeth. After 14-16 d one should dissect the pedicle of glossal fragment which should be spread at the wound of hard palate. The method enables to apply tissue=hardening latticed implant out of nickelide-titanium ligature that prevents the separation of fragments The present implant enables to keep mucous-periosteal fragments in preset position for the whole period of healing that prevents relapses. Due to biochemical and biomechanical compatibility of nickelide-titanium with biological tissues, implants out of the present material are of prolonged functioning in the body without any detachment, As for developing regenerate, it gradually intergrows into their thickness.
