FIELD: medicine; dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: subgingival dental deposit, granulations and necrotising bone tissue areas are removed with completing bone defects with small-granulated porous titanium nickelide of particle size 1-1000 mcm. Titanium nickelide material made of filament of diametre 50-60 mcm and cell size 10-500 mcm is placed round dental cervixes herewith overlapping an implantation material. Prior to surgery and 14-20 days later, immune correction and rheological blood properties follow as 2-5 procedures of rotary plasmapheresis or one procedure of apparatus plasmapheresis.
EFFECT: method allows preventing risk of implantation material migration.
